We suggest varying the fat content based on your digestion and what you will be consuming it with. Having it as a meal or a snack on its own, and feeling hungry? Or are you a Keto Queen or King? Go full force on the fat, baby! Feeling a little sluggish or having this with a meal? Pare down the fat a touch.
Rich & Rosy Rasa Latte
2 cups brewed Rasa
1-2 Tbsp tahini
1-2 Tbsp coconut butter
1/2 -1 Tbsp ghee (Andrea uses 4th & Heart's Vanilla Ghee, YUM)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops collagen peptides (optional)
Splash of rose water
Blend and enjoy!
