Banana Cacao Rasa Date Smoothie

I recently got inspired to start including Rasa in smoothies by one of you amazing people (I can't remember who, my brain is too pregnant—lemme know if it was you!) 😜

Today's Rasa Smoothie Recipe:

Banana Cacao Rasa Date Deliciousness

1 banana 
2-3 dates
1/4 cup nuts of choice (I used Brazil nuts)
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1-2 tsp cacao powder
1.5 tbsp @animamundiherbals Qi powder (optional but it's good stuff!)
1/2 c. milk/mylk/malk (though I actually don't recommend the moo cow because it won't digest well with the banana)
1/2 c. brewed Rasa (I brewed mine double-strong for this!)

Blend that shit. Drink it up! Yum-yay, you’re on your way to a kick-ass day!
